Straight facts, no fluff
I found the grounds quite impressive, providing a serene oasis amidst the hustle of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. Breakfast options were decent, although service could be improved. Rooms offer basic amenities but lack some modern touches. A mixed experience overall, but worth considering if you're after tranquility.

What you’ll love and what you won’t
The tranquil garden is a delightful escape and perfect for morning strolls. The staff members are very polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.
The lack of tea-making facilities and TV issues detracted from my stay. Also, the older rooms could benefit from a refresh.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the peaceful atmosphere. The nearby children's playground was a hit with everyone. Just a heads up, though, the breakfast service can be slow, and the rooms could use better lighting.
One downside was the water issues. we often dealt with lukewarm showers, which was quite inconvenient.

Lovely gardens and good eats!
I stayed 10 nights and really liked the peaceful gardens. The outdoor dining area had great traditional food and was a nice spot for Ethiopian dancing, so much fun! A slight bummer was the attitude from some staff, like they own the place. Just weird after all these years, but still a nice vibe overall.

The overall experience felt quite basic, lacking some modern amenities.

The room was spacious but felt a bit old school. Hot water was hit or miss, sometimes lukewarm which was annoying. Not great lighting made it kind of dim at night. I appreciated the comfy bed, though! A bit of a hassle with limited power outlets—had to juggle plugs. No safe in the room either, which was a bit concerning. Overall, it was okay for the price, just some outdated vibes.
